Each house has been named after people who were great visionaries and became leaders in their own way to give impetus to the progress of the country.
‘Arise Awake and stop not till the goal is reached – the driving force of the house named after the great philosopher, thinker who by adopting an austere lifestyle as a monk introduced the world to Vedanta and ‘Yoga . His ideas were a keyforce in promoting nationalism in the country.
J. C Bose House
A Bengali physicist , biologist and an early writer of science fiction who also had a crater on the moon named in his honour, inspires the naming of the house after him.
Rabindranath Tagore House
The name of the house is derived from the famous poet and litterateur whose writings are deeply rooted in both Indian and western learning traditions.
APJ Abdul Kalam House
The house is named after the world renowned space scientist and former President of India who encouraged students in India to take active interest in the emerging technologies, including space as these significantly impact our daily lives.
