Exercise Daily

We all need to have at least a half an hour of exercise each day in order to be healthy. Even if you have a busy class schedule, it is still important that you take the time to exercise. Try doing a few exercises between classes, and walk rather than drive when running errands, attending classes, going out with friends, etc. Join a team, or get involved in activities at the college recreational center.
